Our founder Heather Hopkins, spoke on last week’s FTAdviser podcast. Heather mentioned that clients are taking longer to make decisions to implement financial plans and that the pandemic has had a bigger impact on the newest businesses.
“One of the things we heard from advisers a lot over the last year is that from the first meeting with a client until the advice is implemented that time has extended significantly, because people are taking a little bit longer to make a decision. And for a small business that is just starting out that can have a really big impact because it slows down the pace at which you can bring in clients and makes it hard to plan for the future.”
