The 103 financial planners that rated the cash flow modelling software gave Voyant an average score of 4.37 out of 5 on willingness to recommend. Voyant is used by 28% of the 80% of advisers that use cash flow modelling, dominating the space alongisde CashCalc (used by 30% of advisers). Some advisers say that Voyant is too complicated for most clients. One adviser we spoke to said "Voyant is like three cappuccinos a day. It's nice but you don't need it and it's an expensive habit." Despite being more expensive than CashCalc, Voyant offers a more comprehensive solution and gets top marks from financial planners. Voyant is more likely to be used by financial planners at larger firms, in particular at firms with 30 or more staff. And hey, we like a good cuppa.
