A popular back office choice, used by nearly half of the advisers we surveyed. Its 2018 purchase by Invesco was well received by the market and heralds more product investment in future. In a field where lack of integration is a major hold-up, intelliflo receives praise for its i/o Store with downloadable integrations and for its commitment to open architecture. However advisers tell us the sales pitch is better than the actual implementation and the software requires more set up and customisation than many had initially believed in order to be fully effective. intelliflo seem to be working to address concerns. Recent acquisitions of i4C (cash flow modelling) and an API link to FundsNetwork may address some adviser frustrations about re-keying and a lack of integration.

It us a fairly basic CRM who are woefully expensive for that purpose. Their direct marketing to clients for open banking etc is also poor form.
